Returns and Exchanges

POLICY

Here at Riz we are very proud of our products and hope that each and every one of you that slips on a pair of Riz shorts will be 100% satisfied with your purchase. If, for whatever reason, you are not satisfied we will be happy to offer an exchange or refund.

Our standard return period is 90 days from receipt of goods.

Please return your item in the original packaging where possible. Please note, all items for refund or exchange should be both unwashed and in a re-sellable condition.

Unfortunately, if we find that the product has not been returned to us in fully resalable condition, we reserve the right to refuse a refund on the item, or deduct up to 20% of the original selling price from the refund amount.

PROCESS

UK - Returns and exchanges are completely FREE.

International - We offer a FREE DHL return service. For exchanges, we ask for customers to pay for the outbound shipping costs (£15-25).

Our international customers are welcome to return to us using a preferred local carrier but we do suggest using a fully tracked and insured service as we can't take any responsibility for the shorts until they are back with us.

FAULTY GOODS

If the item was incorrect, faulty or damaged when you received it, please notify us within 14 days of receipt and we will also refund any cost of the delivery and exchange.
