Express delivery charges are based on the jurisdiction and speed of delivery required.

UK delivery via Royal Mail Special Delivery; all other countries via our UK courier agents.

RETURNS

As you can imagine we are extremely proud of our products and will not be happy unless you are. Therefore if you are not 100% satisfied with your purchases we will offer a full refund, credit note or an exchange when products are returned in a new, unworn condition within our 28 day returns period. Sale items must be returned within 14 days.

UK RETURNS

We offer a free returns service in the UK. Once your return has been received and approved we will reimburse your postage. We are sorry but this does NOT apply for sale items, where we must ask you to bear the cost of returning and/ or exchanging an item. 

WORLDWIDE RETURNS

Before returning your purchase please email us at returns@rizboardshorts.com stating the style, the reason(s) and your preference with regards to exchange / refund.

Unfortunately, parcels that are returned to us remain the customer's responsibility and a refund/ exchange cannot be given until they are received by us. We recommend that you send your returns using a recorded or signed for service post and that you retain proof of postage. We are sorry but we must ask you to bear the cost of returning and/ or exchanging an item purchased from outside the UK.
